We provide a generous 30-day return period beginning from the date you receive your Bella Superior loafers. For a seamless return, items must be returned in like-new condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging fully intact.

To ensure the fastest possible fulfillment, we ask that any order changes or cancellations be submitted within 15 minutes of placement. After this short window, orders move into production and can no longer be modified. Once your loafers arrive, qualifying returns are eligible for a complete refund.

How do I return my loafers?

To begin your return of Bella Superior loafers, simply email our dedicated support team at support@bellasuperior.com. We’ll promptly send you a return authorization number together with easy-to-follow instructions.

Please note: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is the result of an error on our part.

Bella Superior offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
